1. RUNALONGTM is an on-line based forum for women interested in exercising, mainly running but also (power) walking. RUNALONG services are supplied by Heidi Harman AB Company. Services are aimed to provide members with a possibility to plan running and power walking routes, share exercise tips and to take contact with other RUNALONG members.
By approving this User Agreement you become a member of the RUNALONG on-line forum and you accept membership terms and conditions. Detailed description of the membership terms and conditions is specified below.
2. According to Swedish Privacy Protection Law (PUL) you have the right to receive information about how your personal information will be treated by our company. By signing the RUNALONG User Agreement you give a permission to RUNALONG to treat information about you, such as your name and contact information (e-mail, phone number and address) as well as other information you choose to give us, in a responsible way. This information, with your permission, will be used for automatic processing by RUNALONG. Your contact information might be used for internal statistical reporting and advertising from our partners. We will do everything to avoid spam and you have right to disclaim unwonted advertising.
3. Your membership enables you to access and use functions and services provided by RUNALONG. As a member you are expected to use RUNALONG in a way that corresponds with legal regulations and other general Codes of Conduct. In any case you should treat other RUNALONG members with respect and any actions of discriminative or insulting nature are prohibited or this will lead to membership expiration and in case of severe violation to legal consequences. RUNALONG reserves the right to suspend users that do not follow our Code of Conduct.
4. RUNALONG has the right to review all the input and other material that members register at RUNALONG.se to ensure that our members follow conditions for membership.
5. Our goal at RUNALONG is to be able to provide service on a year around all hour’s basis, but we would like to make reservation for cases of unexpected service disturbances due to technical or other reasons outside of our control.
